It honestly seems like things are just getting worse for the Whites! They had a great pre-season which as seen them not only win all of the games, but did so with great skill and, as expected, leaving their fans believing this is the year for them. Keeping in mind that it's still early to really judge anything, if the past 4 games are anything to go by, then things are really not looking too good.
Real Madrid 6-0 Real Zaragoza (La Liga)
Real Madrid 4-2 Getafe (La Liga)
Real Madrid 1-0 Dinamo Zagreb (UEFA Champions League)
Real Madrid 0-1 Levante (La Liga)
As you can see, the scores are getting worse by each game we play and we really have to change things really soon before it gets worse.
During the game against Levante, things were looking good as we created many chances but as soon as Sami Khedira got that 'silly' red card, I had a creeping feeling that the game was not going to end well.
And as I expected, we lost 1-0 from a great counter-attack, bad defending, and a great finish from Arouana Kone.
In my opinion, we need a change of players. Yet again, Fabio Coentrao has failed to impress and someone needs to take his place soon. I don't know why we can't just maybe try putting Lassana Diarra next to Xabi Alonso. We've done it before. It has worked before. I'm just hoping that Jose Mourinho can come to his senses soon and realize that we're slowly but surely falling into some trouble. Let's fix it while we still can.
Best Real Madrid Player: Xabi Alonso
Worst Real Madrid Player: Angel Di Maria

Don't worry just yet Ali! Tonight is the redemption game sort of. Tonight is when we see if it was just a mistep, or if we can start worrying!!!
I wasn't too convinced by Coentrao either in the Levante game. Since he's injured now (not that I'm happy about that though), there's a good chance you see Lass on the pitch tonight, no?
I agree with Di María being the worst player. I usually love him, but his behavior was disappointing that night. I would have said Kaká as best player, but it's true that Xabi had really nice moves too.
Thanks for the comment!
Well, putting Lass and Alonso together should bork better than Coentrao. And Di Maria was way too disappointing.
As for Kaka, he had a great game but I really enjoyed how Alonso played, seemed like pretty much the only one who was able to make a difference to be honest.
